Manager, Sales Operations (Hybrid in Littleton, MA)

The Manager, Sales Operations will lead a team of sales support associates, providing management, leadership, performance feedback and guidance to assigned members of the Sales Operations Support Specialist team.

Requirements

• Provide management, leadership, performance feedback and guidance to assigned members of Sales Operations Support Specialist team
• Collaborate and work in a synergetic manner with the Sales VP and Sr. Director SOS to drive business and sales initiatives
• Relentless attention to detail in composing, processing, and proofing materials
• Self-motivation, and the ability to manage well through ambiguity while also asking questions for understanding
• Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and NetSuite)
• A high level of communicative and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle discreetly sensitive and confidential matters
• The ability to manage multiple projects and interruptions with ease
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to support multiple program officers whose needs may vary
• Analytic ability to gather and summarize data
