We are seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead and scale operational delivery across complex, regulated environments.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, program management, or IT/service delivery
- Familiarity with PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) principles and project management best practices
- Experience supporting government, public sector, or highly regulated industries
- Demonstrated progression from project execution to portfolio or operational leadership
- Proven experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams
- Strong financial oversight and operational accountability experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related discipline
