Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks necessary to maintain and enhance the value of an assigned apartment community. This pinnacle role is foundational to the community’s success.
Requirements
- Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment based on the manufacturer's recommendations and operating manuals
