Job Description

The Customer Success Lead role is central to driving adoption, scaling, and winning with top law firms. This role will build relationships with senior associates, monitor usage analytics, resolve issues, and forecast renewals. Requirements
- 3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales with enterprise B2B software
- Proven ability to drive usage-based revenue growth
- Commercial acumen and deal-closing skills
