BridgeHealthAI is a fast-growing, seed-stage company that partners with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and community organizations to ensure every patient gets the care and benefits they deserve. We're looking for a full-stack product engineer to design and ship features that blend modern full-stack development with applied AI, automating real workflows and simplifying complex decisions for care teams.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor
- Full stack development experience with modern web technologies
- Experience writing tests that validate functionality
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and programming languages
- Experience working independently and taking ownership of features
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with willingness to experiment and iterate quickly
