As a Data Operations Manager at Pearl Health, you'll ensure the seamless flow, accuracy, and reliability of the data that powers our platform. You'll lead and optimize the data operations that serve as Pearl's backbone—ensuring that every exchange, pipeline, and integration is accurate, reliable, and scalable.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data operations, data management, or file integration
• Strong understanding of large-scale data pipelines and exchange workflows
• Solid technical foundation—comfortable with SQL, cloud storage concepts, and common data exchange protocols
• Proven ability to identify, triage, and resolve complex data quality and delivery issues
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
