Job Description
Pearl Health is seeking a Regional President to drive growth and expansion of its enterprise business across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. The role involves strategic partnership with large providers, IPAs, CINs, and payers, focused on driving market expansion and scaling Pearl’s portfolio. It requires a leader with experience in healthcare sales, commercial leadership, and value-based care.
Requirements
- 10+ years in healthcare sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing large commercial/value-based contracts.
- Deep understanding of medical loss ratio and value-based care dynamics.
- Extensive network of healthcare leaders.
- Experience leading regional or national growth teams.
- Exceptional communicator and presenter.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong ethical foundation.
