Senior Technical Program Manager

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will drive complex initiatives that empower primary care providers to deliver better patient outcomes. You will own the end-to-end execution of strategic technical programs, bridging the gap between engineering, product, and clinical teams to ensure our technology delivers measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in technical program management with a track record of delivering complex, multi-team programs in fast-paced technology environments.
• Strong technical foundation (CS degree or equivalent experience) with the ability to engage deeply in discussions regarding system architecture, API design, and data pipelines.
• Demonstrated proficiency with agile methodologies, dependency mapping, risk management, and the full software development lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that improve program outcomes.
