Job Description
Pearl West is hiring an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of multiple consumer brands across the Amazon affiliate ecosystem. The role involves executing day-to-day affiliate marketing operations, researching and sourcing new partners, and tracking performance data to drive optimization decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing (intermediate to expert level)
- Amazon seller or Amazon affiliate ecosystem experience
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Levanta, Wayward, Costingtons, or similar
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (tracking, reporting, analysis)
- Clear understanding of commission models, margins, and profitability
- Experience doing affiliate outreach and publisher communication
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and execution-focused
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data
