Requirements
- 3–5+ years of overall experience in e-commerce, social commerce, operations, or growth
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate ecosystems, or marketplace operations
- Proven ability to build SOPs, systems, and scalable processes
- Analytical mindset with strong comfort in dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting
- Ability to operate cross-functionally and keep teams aligned
- Fast execution speed — comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
