Pearl West is seeking a Director of Influencer and Ambassador Partnerships to identify and partner with high-potential creators in the fitness, wellness, and performance verticals on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. This role involves scouting creators, building curated watchlists, and collaborating with internal teams to drive brand growth. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and evaluating emerging creators
- Deep knowledge of the YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram creator landscape
- Comfortable creating and maintaining organized watchlists or databases
- Strong communication skills
