Art Director

Pearmill Inc. seeks Art Director to lead a team of designers, guiding the creative process and ensuring high standards of design and finish across all output.

Requirements

• Lead a team of designers
• Guide the design team through the entire creative process
• Collaborate with designers and clients' teams to gain a deep understanding of the client's brand and target audience
• Work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to generate strategic and innovative ideas in design systems
• Ensure delivery of top-performing creatives while staying on brand
• Pitch and present design ideas and work product to clients
• Drive innovation in the creative team's approach to Motion and Graphic Design
• Routinely sync and collaborate with Pearmill's Ad Ops team to analyze the best performing elements in ads
