Job Description
Pearson VUE is seeking a Test Centre Administrator to support their Pearson VUE Test Centres. The role involves providing a secure exam/test delivery, ensuring excellent customer service, and troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal candidate is a team-player with a flexible approach, willing to work a variety of shifts and comfortable in a quiet testing environment. This is a recent position scheduled for mid-January 2026.
Requirements
- Welcome and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
- Verify customer/candidate personal identification.
- Proctor/invigilate candidates.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Housekeeping duties (vacuuming, sanitizing).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings.
