Peasy is looking for a Team Leader Insurance to support and coach a team of insurance colleagues, with a focus on fire and auto insurance, and ensure high-quality work, motivation, and development within the team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in insurance
• Proven experience in managing or coaching a team
• Strong people skills: you motivate, structure, and create trust
• Good knowledge of FSMA and IDD regulations
• In possession of the Responsible for Distribution (VVD) status
• Fluent Dutch – French is a must
