Division Chief, Endocrinology

Division Chief, Endocrinology role at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Emory University School of Medicine. The position involves clinical patient contact, working with human blood, body fluids, tissues, or other potentially infectious materials. The Division Chief will serve as the primary physician leader for Endocrinology, providing strategic leadership and oversight for quality, safety, and clinical operations.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO) from an accredited school of medicine
• Board Certification as a Pediatric Endocrinologist and eligibility for licensure in Georgia
• Completion of three-year fellowship in pediatric endocrinology from an ACGME accredited program
• 5-10 years of administrative or leadership experience in a pediatric hospital or health care setting
• National reputation of excellence in clinical care and/or education and research
• Experience building and maintaining partnerships between clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
