Job Description
Medical Assistant Pediatrics is seeking a part-time, full-time individual to provide care to patients in an urgent care setting in Oak Lawn, IL. Responsibilities include assisting doctors and nurses with patient care, scheduling appointments, and performing basic procedures like blood draws and vitals. The role involves maintaining patient records, ordering lab tests, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Healthcare experience required
- High School Diploma or Higher
- Certification as a medical assistant (CMA) is preferred
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Strong communication, prioritization and problem-solving skills
