Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric healthcare team. The RN will play a key leadership role by supervising, supporting, and training our team of Medical Assistants.
Requirements
- Current and valid IL RN license
- Associates degree in nursing required, bachelors preferred
- Strong knowledge of outpatient procedures and best practices
- Proficiency with EMR systems and computers
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to train and motivate clinical support staff in a fast-paced environment
- BLS/CPR certification (required)
