As a Front Office Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and colleagues, providing a professional and warm welcome. You will design the first impression actively and contribute to making everyone feel comfortable from the very first moment.

• Welcome and care for guests, customers, and service providers with genuine hospitality
• Professional communication by phone, email, and personally - in German and ideally also in English
• Organization of appointments, meeting rooms, and internal processes
• Support the team with administrative tasks and office management
