We are looking for a Front Office Specialist to join our team at one of our numerous customer locations. As a receptionist, you will be part of a professional front-office team that provides high-quality service to guests, business partners, and service providers. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including reception and care of guests, administration of meeting rooms and appointments, and representation of our premium service at all assigned locations.

• Professional reception and care of guests, business partners, and service providers
• Telephonic and written communication in German and also in English
• Administration of meeting rooms, guest lists, access cards, and appointments
• Representation of our premium service at all assigned locations
