Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering
- 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading high-performing, AI-first engineering teams
- Strong background in scalable architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms
- Expertise in modern engineering practices
- Proficiency in one or more languages
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery
- Demonstrated commitment to mentoring and building engineering culture
