Dual Site General Manager

Pegasus Homes is seeking an experienced General Manager to manage two stunning developments in London, including Chimes Westminster and Fitzjohns Hampstead. The role involves leading a team, managing budgets and maintaining high standards of service, and building relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders. This is a 5-day, 7-day per week position with some weekend work.

Requirements

• Experience at General Manager level in a high-quality residential environment
• Proven track record of managing and developing a team
• Experience of leading on Health & Safety and a great knowledge of facilities management
• Commercial awareness and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Experience of Google Workspace
