Job Description
Pella Northland is seeking an Operations Intern to support customer service within the field services, warehouse/delivery, and service departments. This internship offers exposure to complex scenarios and focuses on improving the customer experience. Interns will assist with daily operations and contribute to data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Support the operations teams with customer service and data entry.
- Produce reports and metrics for team review.
- Assist with special events and customer training.
- Conduct data clean-up and analysis.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
