The Trade Sales Assistant Program is a mentorship program designed to prepare successful candidates for a position as a Trade Sales Consultant through a hands-on experience with the Trade Selling Process.

Requirements

• Attend sales meetings, sales trainings, and industry networking events as requested.
• Ride along with Trade Sales Consultants and become familiar with the sales process
• Assist Trade Sales Consultant(s) in essential functions to drive additional revenue including quoting, submitting service tickets, pipeline management, etc.
• Become proficient in the use of CRM, PQM, Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, and all office equipment and processes related to Trade operations.
