Job Description
Penda Health is seeking a Part-Time Community Oral Health Officer (COHO) to promote oral health by providing dental services, patient education, and supporting dental practices. The role focuses on preventative care, infection control, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure patient optimal oral health in Nairobi, Kiambu, and Kajiado counties.
Requirements
- Diploma in Community Oral Health or Bachelor of Science in Oral Health
- Valid registration and practicing license with KMPDC
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-internship experience in a clinical dental setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and ethical practice
- Ability to work collaboratively and support patient growth
