Job Description
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with IPS leadership to build engaged, high-performing, and values-driven teams across Penda clinics. The role requires strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence without authority.
Requirements
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to IPS leadership
- Maintain a strong on-the-ground presence across branches
- Partner with managers to strengthen leadership capability, accountability, and performance culture
- Translate business and operational priorities into clear people strategies
- Lead and support the performance management lifecycle
- Provide sound judgment and guidance on employee relations
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Act as a change partner
- Champion and embed Penda’s values and leadership standards
