VIP Associate

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a VIP Associate to assist the VIP team in building and maintaining player loyalty retention operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for expediting payments and withdrawals, making outbound calls to VIP players, and developing relationships with high-end players.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience
• Experience with sports betting, gaming economies, and player behavior
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
