Job Description
The Department of Learning and Performance Systems is seeking part-time Instructors to teach occasional courses in its online Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change. Applicants should have a PhD in Organization Development or a closely related field and at least ten years of related business and industry experience.
Requirements
- PhD in Organization Development or closely related field
- at least ten years of related business and industry experience at the managerial level
- demonstrated success in teaching online courses
- knowledge of Canvas, Penn State's course management system
