Part-Time Administrative Assistant

The Edna Bennett Pierce Prevention Research Center (PRC) in the College of Health and Human Development seeks to hire a part-time administrative assistant to assist with administrative duties.

Requirements

• Serve as receptionist as needed for the PRC main office
• Support and coordinate weekly seminars
• Sort and distribute mail
• Provide assistance to administrative team members in the preparation, processing, and submission of financial forms
