Senior Engineer Project Manager - Engineering Automation

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is seeking a Senior Engineer Project Manager to oversee the most complex engineering projects. The role requires close coordination with the PTC Information Technology Department and other departments to assess engineering hardware, software, applications, and asset management tools.

Requirements

• Provides direction and oversight to lower-level engineering staff and consultants
• Manages the full lifecycle of multiple complex projects
• Develops project scheduling, cash flow projections, and activities to ensure proper project development and compliance
• Reviews and approves plans, specifications, studies, invoices, and estimates
• Maintains professional liaison with internal/external staff and consultants, as well as other governmental and transportation agencies
