Requirements
- Student pursuing an engineering degree or recent grad
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on approach, comfortable with prototyping and workshop work
- Basic understanding of materials, mechanisms, and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software (Solidworks & Fusion 360 preferred)
- Thrives in fast-paced environment, adapts to changes, and is well organized
