Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

The role involves coordinating, scheduling, auditing vehicle maintenance repairs, implementing preventative and mechanical/electrical work, hiring, training, and overseeing technician development. Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience with vehicle maintenance (3+ years) - Preferred
• Team management experience (3+ years)
• Familiarity with vehicle componentry and maintenance technology
