Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline
- At least 7 years of progressive professional HR experience
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategies into actionable plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships quickly and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
- Results-oriented with proven ability to follow through while handling multiple and competing priorities
- Experience in company culture development and management
- Solid project leadership and execution skills
- Experience in a union manufacturing environment preferred
