Job Description
Engineering Manager responsible for leading ideation, concept development, prototyping, and testing of composite pressure vessels for water treatment. The role involves coaching team members, participating in Voice-Of-Customer research, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Degree (BS or MS) in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- 7+ year’s progressive experience as a project engineer focusing on new product development and R&D.
- 4+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams on multiple projects.
- 4+ years in a management role with strong leadership skillset and a proven track record of leadership and holding teams accountable.
