Job Description
The Field Product Advisor is a key post-sale resource supporting top pool professionals and driving field performance. This role delivers expert-level product and technical support, manages technical relationships, and ensures consistent application of product knowledge and installation best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, product training, or field service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with third-party service providers
- Preferred: background in pool equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades
