Injection Molder Operator

Perform necessary operations on a variety of plastic injection molding presses to produce quality components at a predetermined standard. Perform secondary operations such as removing spurs and knockouts, sonic welding, deburring, machining, and minor assembly and packaging. Perform in-process quality checks and communicate non-conformances to proper personnel.

Requirements

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, air tools
• Experience using sonic welders, drill presses, arbor presses, pallet jacks, mills, measuring equipment, and scale grinders
• Ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, lift, and lower weights up to 50lbs
