Job Description
The IT Systems Engineer will provide services to employees with IT issues and requests involving end-user system development and delivery. They will create and maintain client systems, manage complex systems, and assist with troubleshooting and automation. The role requires collaboration with other IT teams and close communication with customers.
Requirements
- Lead endpoint-related development/implementation activities.
- Create and maintain end user systems standardization strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Entra ID, AD, MS GPO and similar tools.
- Develop and enforce access policies.
- Troubleshoot end-user issues involving hardware, software, networking, and integration.
- Automate installation, configuration, and uninstallation procedures.
