People In Need is seeking a highly integrity and professionalism candidate to serve as Assistant Admin and Logistics Officer. The role involves managing all aspects of financial, HR, and logistical work at the Base level, including managing cash, archiving documents, and providing support to the program and administration PIN. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree in Economics, Financial Management, or Administrative Sciences, and at least 1 year of professional experience in HR, Administration, Finance, and Logistics management.
Requirements
- At least a Graduate degree in Economics, Financial Management, Administrative Sciences, or any other relevant management field
- At least 1 year of professional experience in HR, Administration, Finance, and Logistics management in the humanitarian or private sector
- Practical knowledge in personnel management, administrative procedures, and finance
- Local languages, Swahili, French, and English language knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Excel (tables, basic formulas), Word, and Outlook
- Good physical, manual, and problem-solving skills, good behavior, trustworthy, flexibility, and ease of learning
