People In Need (PIN) is seeking a highly professional candidate for the MEAL and CFRM Assistant position. The role will contribute to the implementation of the PIN DRC community feedback and response mechanism (CFRM) and to program accountability. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, responding, and treating comments and complaints made by beneficiaries and other target groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Social Work, Community Development, Law, or Sociology
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize a large volume of quantitative data
- Knowledge of database systems
- Experience with using Kobo Collect, ODK
- Master of PSEA policy and child protection
