System Analyst

System Analyst job description involves planning tasks, managing projects, developing software, and analyzing business needs. The role requires working closely with programmers and customers to build the system and handling software documentation.

Requirements

• Plan tasks and schedule by WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
• Check and control task results of team
• Handle some part of project management
• Issue management for system bug
• Make basic design, instruction to developer, testing, UAT support
• Develop, analyze, prioritize and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams and flowcharts
• Assess business needs and describe them into relevant solutions
• Coordinate projects for a smooth operation/service/customer satisfaction
• Work closely with programmers and customers to build the system
• Be involved in all areas of software development life cycle
• Get customers requirement and create user requirement specification
• Design and create software specification & Documentation
• Design and create test case for software
• Handle software documentation thus system workflow, use case, ER-Diagram, data dictionary, basic and Program specification
