Job Description
We are seeking a System Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of modern app tools and Agile principles.
Requirements
- At least 2 years working experience in a System Analyst position
- Experience in Application Development as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Developer
- Gather requirements from customers/stakeholders in the project
- Analyze requirements and responsible for creating specification documents
- Develop a prototype based on requirements to be analyzed
- Translate requirements to the team and able to be the focal point of the project team in a business consulting matter
- Engage in functional test, SIT, and UAT to ensure the quality of deliverables
- Support go-live and post support activities
- Good personality, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, presentation
- Background of Agile principles and process
- Have experience in use-case analysis and documentation
- Knowledge of modern app tools (e.g. Java,Node.js/Angular/MongoDB/Docker/...)
- Knowledge of web services or RESTful API, Microservices
