Job Description
Country Head responsible for implementing GTM plan, boosting sales, recruiting and managing sales and operations team, and developing relationships with media outlets and brands in Vietnam.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or relevant fields
- Minimum 10 years in the adtech industry with solid relationships with both agencies and brands
- Strong track record of new business development & driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience building and managing successful sales teams
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- The ability to provide excellent customer service & sensitivity to different cultural norms
- Good communicator in both English and Vietnamese
