Job Description
The Production Manager will translate organizational goals into departmental strategies, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress. They will communicate with employees, reinforce specialists, and identify areas for improvement. The role requires a diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics or an Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, and 5-8 years of manufacturing experience.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Mechatronics or Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering
- 8 years of manufacturing experience in the assembly or related industries (Diploma) or 5 years of manufacturing experience in the assembly or related industries (Degree)
- Good problem-solving skills
