Job Description
The Commercial Operations Manager (Pharmaceutical) is responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with partners, leading sales forecasting and budgeting, and managing special projects. The role requires a strong understanding of sales forecasting methodologies, budgeting processes, and performance management frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, Pharmaceuticals or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales management, key account management, or partner management within the Vietnamese market
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting methodologies, budgeting processes, and performance management frameworks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
