Job Description
Human Resources Manager responsible for managing and overseeing all functions of human resources in compliance with Thai labor law, including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and retirement, training and development, welfare, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, disciplinary actions, rewards and recognition, payroll, and HR administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR within the manufacturing sector
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent management skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR practices
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
