We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our Regional HR Shared Services (HRSS) team, with a key focus on monthly payroll processing, invoicing support, and statutory compliance across multiple countries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on payroll experience; regional payroll exposure is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with invoicing processes and client billing models, especially in HR outsourcing or EOR setups.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll systems
- Good communication and coordination skills across teams and countries.
- Ability to manage confidential data with integrity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
