Job Description
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware to end users. Lead end user enhancement projects and develop required procedures. Research and create technical procedures training manuals and train computer users.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology related field
- 3 to 5 years of L1 and L2 support in MNC environment
- Relevant professional certificates
- Experience in SAP system (added advantage)
