Legal Counsel

We are seeking a Legal Counsel with a law degree and 5-7 years of experience in a law firm and as in-house counsel. Prior experience in the development, manufacture, and sale of information equipment or consumer products is highly preferred. The successful candidate will have superior negotiation, drafting, and advisory abilities, as well as business acumen, clear communication skills, and effective management skills.

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
• 5-7 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) working in a law firm and as in-house counsel
• Prior experience in the development, manufacture, and sale of information equipment or consumer products (highly preferred)
• Superior negotiation, drafting, and advisory abilities
• Business acumen
• Clear communication skills
• Effective management skills
