Operation Executive (Project Logistics)

Operation Executive (Project Logistics) responsible for coordinating and monitoring end-to-end project shipments, preparing shipping and customs documentation, and securing COD payments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certificate in Transport Logistics or related field (added advantage)
• Proficiency in import/export documentation (Air, Ocean, Land)
• Good understanding of carriers, contractors, and shipping procedures
• Preferred experience with shipping procedures and operational workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing documentation and operational tasks
