Job Description
The Senior Engineer (Cyber Security) will work with vendors to conduct security assessments and penetration tests, identify security gaps, and propose mitigating measures. They will also standardize and refine security incident response and escalation processes, and work with the IT infrastructure team to evaluate and implement network perimeter security, endpoint security, and other security measures.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, science or information technology, or equivalent education
- Preferably 5 years of related work experience in cybersecurity management and security governance
- Good working knowledge of security risk management, security governance framework and compliance, technical vulnerability management, application security, security technologies, security incident response and security assessment
- Strong understanding of ISO27001 standard and NIST Cyber Security Framework
- Strong background on IT Security Tools such as Next Generation Firewall, Tenable Security Center Continuous View, Endpoint Protection, Email Security, Data Loss Prevention, and SIEM
