Oversee the data management team, ensure timely and accurate processing of HR Data, and develop good working relationships with COE team members and business partners.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree with 3 years of HR experience
- Supervisory management experience
- Competent in HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) and MS office (Excel & Word)
- Analytical skills and meticulous with an eye for details
- High level of initiative, independent with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
